Hukoomi e-government portal

Hukoomi is the official e-Government portal of Qatar, which provides information and e-services for citizens, residents and visitors of Qatar.

The government of Qatar was in search of a complete revamp of the government portal, in order to provide useful information and better e-services to the people of Qatar. We provided a comprehensive UX analysis and implementation to help deliver the government's rebranded image to its citizens. We were also involved with the creative direction to ensure successful communication of the UX concept.

The portal was the awarded winner for e-content in government institution category in the Arab e-Content Awards 2011.

e-Estonia website project

UX | Content Strategy | Web Design & Development

e-Estonia is a government-funded informational resource promoting Estonian solutions in e-Government, mobile, energy and ICT.

The Estonian ICT Export cluster, a group of 24 of Estonia’s largest and most successful IT companies, was looking for a website to market Estonian e-Government solutions to the rest of the world. The cluster also needed a centralized resource where all these technologies could be documented.

The 10 month project began by identifying target audiences, developing requirements and exploring marketing methods. In addition to the UX strategy and deliverables of the site, we also structured and developed the content for the project.

The website launched to significant praise and accolades in Estonia, especially in the foreign service community, who use the site daily to promote Estonian technology.

Webmedia Group brand restructuring & UX department launch

Webmedia Group is the largest software solutions provider for the Estonian market with over 600 specialists in 8 countries.

Klik Logik was brought in as specialists to re-envision Webmedia's brand, online presence, and services. We helped scope Webmedia's in-house UX and design services.

In order to sustain the momentum of their recent growth, Webmedia was looking to incorporate more user-centric design practices into their business and evolve their corporate identity with a new brand image. We provided a solution to fulfill Webmedia's business needs.

Working closely with the CEO and management team, we rebranded Webmedia's image and directed the launch of their new corporate website, along with user-centric design processes.

Klik Logik opened its first office in Tallinn in 2009 and a satellite office in Barcelona in 2011.
We operate primarily within the EU, but have also performed work for clients in the Nordic region, North America and the Middle East.
